Sales team ranking and workload
The service pulls deals, stage history, calls and activities from Bitrix24 and calculates each manager’s ranking, workload in hours and bonus. Managers see what they have earned so far and what they need for the next tier.
Manufacturing and wholesale
Mobile app for field sales agents
An Android app shows the agent the day’s visits. On site they classify the client, take photos and record the outcome, and the deal moves to the right stage of a dedicated Bitrix24 pipeline on its own.

Pilot projects right inside the deal card
A technician enters daily on-site measurements from a phone, and the manager sees the whole pilot in a deal tab: the measurement table, photos and a chart with the threshold.

An app inside the portal runs bookkeeping audits for every client: checklists from templates, auditors, deadlines, statuses and notifications. The data is stored in Bitrix24 universal lists.

A dashboard collects the portal’s tasks for the month and shows overdue items, upcoming deadlines, each employee’s workload and the volume of work for each client company.

A deal tab where the estimator adds works from the catalogue with area calculation and assigns them to crew members, while the manager sees a register of works across all deals.

Questions about Bitrix24 development
Do you work with both cloud and on-premise Bitrix24?
Both. For the cloud we build apps on the REST API; for on-premise we also write PHP modules when REST cannot solve the task.
Who publishes the app on the Marketplace?
We decide together: under your name through your partner account, or under ours. We prepare the build, the listing and the description, and go through moderation.
How do you handle REST API limits?
We combine requests into batches, add queues and retries with a pause, and run bulk operations on the server rather than in the browser.
Can you extend an app someone else wrote?
Yes. We start with a code and security audit, then estimate the changes or suggest rewriting the problem areas.
Where are tokens and app data stored?
OAuth tokens live only on the server, encrypted. Wherever possible, the client’s data stays in their own portal.
