Fixed estimate
Once the spec is approved, scope and timeline do not change without your decision.
Warranty on the result
The warranty period is set in the contract and depends on the size of the project. Within it, we fix bugs in delivered work free of charge.
The client owns the code
We hand over the source code and the rights to it. No closed modules, no lock-in to us.
NDA
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you tell us about the task.
Test environment first
We never start on the live system. Everything is tested on a test portal and then moved over.
Five working languages
We communicate and write documentation in Russian, English, Uzbek, Kazakh and Kyrgyz.
Are you an integrator or an agency?
We also take development orders from teams that implement Bitrix24 and other systems themselves: we can work under your brand and publish apps through your partner account.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns the code?
The client. After payment we hand over the source code, repository access and the rights to the result.
How do you estimate a task?
We review the brief, ask questions and send an estimate of timeline and scope within 1–2 business days. The estimate is fixed once the spec is approved.
Can the app be published on the Bitrix24 Marketplace?
Yes. We prepare the build, listing, description and screenshots and go through moderation — under your name if you have a partner account.
Do you support the solution after launch?
A bug-fix warranty is included; its period is set in the contract according to the size of the project. Beyond that we can agree on support and further development as a block of reserved hours.
Which time zones do you cover?
Our working day overlaps with Moscow, Tashkent, Almaty and Bishkek. We agree call times in advance and handle urgent questions in Telegram.
