Privacy policy
Effective from 1 October 2026.
This policy describes what data the site collects, why it is needed, who processes it and how you can manage it.
The policy is written for visitors from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan and other countries, including the European Union. If the law of your country gives you more rights than described below, we respect those rights.

What data we collect
We receive only what you send yourself, and anonymized data about visits to the site.
- Request form data: your role, selected platforms, task type, desired timeframe, task description, name, company name, contact method and contact — a Telegram username, phone number or email address.
- Technical request data: the language and address of the page it was sent from, the referring address and advertising campaign tags (UTM).
- Visit data: Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica cookies and identifiers, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and the click map.
- Session recording (Yandex Metrica Webvisor): how you moved around the page. Input in form fields is not recorded.
- Settings in your browser: the language and your answer to the cookie notice. They are stored only on your device.
Why we use it
- Form data — to answer the request, estimate the task and discuss cooperation.
- Technical request data — to understand where inquiries come from.
- Visit data and session recordings — to understand how the site is used and to make it easier to use.
Legal grounds
We process form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the relevant box before sending.
We process visit data on the basis of a legitimate interest in improving the site or your consent, depending on the law of your country. You can opt out of analytics at any time, as described below.
Where data is processed
To run the site we use services that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — site hosting and the server that receives requests from the form and passes them to us in our working channels.
- Google (Google Analytics, including Google signals) — visit statistics, plus aggregated gender, age and interest data for visitors signed in to a Google account with ad personalisation turned on.
- Yandex (Yandex Metrica, including Webvisor and the click map) — visit statistics and session recordings.
How long we keep data
We keep request data while we correspond and work on the project, and delete it on your request unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica for the periods set in those services’ settings and rules.
Your rights
You can find out what data of yours we hold, correct it, ask for its deletion, restrict processing or withdraw consent. To do so, write to the email for requests given above. We will reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the personal data protection authority of your country.
How to opt out of cookies
You can opt out of analytics in several ways:
- Click “Decline” in the cookie notice — after that, analytics systems do not store cookies on the following pages of the site.
- Delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
- Install a browser extension that blocks analytics systems.
Changes to the policy
If we change the policy, the new version will appear on this page together with the date from which it applies.
