RYC Software launches its website

RYC Software is a development studio for Bitrix24 and the systems around it. We are opening this site to say briefly who we work for, what we do and how to reach us.

Who we work for

First of all, companies that use Bitrix24, MoySklad, Odoo or 1C and need something the standard product does not offer: an app, an integration, a business process robot, a bot for an open channel, AI features in the CRM.

Such tasks often stall for the same reasons: there is no in-house developer, keeping staff programmers for occasional tasks is costly, and a freelancer may vanish halfway through the work. We take the development on ourselves, from the estimate to the handover of the code.

We also work with integrators and agencies that implement these systems for their clients. For them we can act as a development team: work under their brand and under an NDA, and talk to the end client only when asked to.

What we build

• Bitrix24 — the main area: Marketplace apps and local apps for a single portal, placements in CRM cards, tasks and chats, robots and business process actions, REST integrations with websites, telephony and marketplaces, chatbots, smart process solutions, data migrations and modules for the on-premise edition.
• AI integrations — language models inside the CRM: call and conversation summaries, deal scoring, draft replies, data extraction from documents. API keys are always stored on the server.
• MoySklad — exchange of orders, stock and documents with Bitrix24, plus standalone apps and reports for MoySklad.
• Odoo — custom modules, integrations with Bitrix24 and external services, standalone apps and upgrades between versions.
• 1C — exchange with Bitrix24, MoySklad and Odoo, HTTP services, reports and customization of 1C itself.

What we will write about

This section will carry studio news, stories about our own Bitrix24 apps and breakdowns of typical solutions: what can be done with AI in a CRM, how to set up exchange with accounting systems, what to watch for when publishing on the Marketplace.
